Businiess name:  Knit Knot Studio

Review content:
The best knitting stores are those where you walk in and find yourself drawn to many different yarns. I am a little jaded, because I shop for yarn a lot. My friend Patrick told me about the Knit Knot Studio, so I stopped in last week, and was very pleasantly surprised at the selection. Knit Knot Studio is small, but well-thought out. \r \r I stopped in to find yarn for a sweater for my year-old niece. The owner found exactly the right yarn for me, a cotton/wool blend with a touch of lycra. It was an australian yarn that I hadn't seen at any other shop in Portland (and, as I mentioned before, I shop a lot). \r \r Being in the Pearl, I expected it to be a lot more expensive than it turned out to be. I was pleased to pick up this yarn for $6.50 a ball. \r \r All in all, a great experience. \r Pros: Great yarn, nice staff, decent prices Cons: Parking is a little difficult down in the Pearl.
