Review content:
Being new to the area, I went online to find a consignment boutique to sell my clothes since I had moved to a very warm region. This ""boutique"" sounded like it would meet my needs. I cannot stress how disappointed I was in the so-called service from the owner, Amy. To begin with, I was NEVER given a receipt for my items. I phoned twice and emailed three times and was completely promised that it would be mailed to me yet, over the course of three months, nothing ever arrived in the mail. When I went to pick up my items that did not sell, magically, the most expensive item which was a silk blouse disappeared and could not be located. I asked if the owner would call me so I could see what could be done to rectify the situation; especially since this was the one item that I wanted if it was not sold being that it cost over $200 at purchase. Once again...no phone call. I will chalk this up to experience and will never shop or consign at this horrendous place again. I encourage anyone silly enough to consign here to ask for a reciept at the time of consignment and also to ask what their policy is for ""lost"" items upon pickup. I was never able to get an answer to that issue. Live and learn....welcome to Savannah!\r
