Review content:
Hired them to clean to carpets and pretreat pet stains. They pretreated one day and cleaned the carpets the next. Contrary to what I expected they would not move furniture and guaranteed that the pet stains would be gone. The pet stains were gone for a period of time but recently showed back up. When I called the company to find out they would do anything about it, they said it was more than 30 days (it was actually 40) and they didn't guarantee things forever. I asked him where on the receipt it said work was only guaranteed work for 30 days and their only response was it's on the website, since I had never seen the website, I wouldn't know that since the 30 day limit was not on the receipt and it was never mentioned by the servicemen. Stay away from Steven's chem-dry
