On Thursday, the Boss and her friend Jill, gave Bash a try. I got a phone call and the Boss said 'We have to go back to this place on Saturday night'. Well go, we did!\r \r Bash is a charming, little 12 table restaurant owned by Chef Nikki that if you don't know where you are going, you are sure to miss it. Figure out where you are going ahead of time and, for now, you do not need a reservation.\r \r We started with Hummus (served with homemade pita) and a Spinach Parmesan dip (served with homemade chips). Great starter with our wine. Wine list is not extensive but fairly priced. \r \r For dinner, I tried one of their specials, Grilled Chicken Breast with Apricot and Chipotle, Sweet Potato Fries and Apple Cole Slaw. The Boss had a Ravioli stuffed with pesto and our friends had Meatloaf and a Chicken in a Pecan Crust. Everything was delicious and presented very well and the sides are great!\r \r Save room for dessert! Grilled peaches with vanilla ice cream and a delightful little brownie in a fried wonton with ice cream.\r \r The staff was attentive and there was a little delay with serving but I think it was due to the fact that this place puts a lot of emphasis on freshly prepared food that is presented very nicely.\r \r The manager, Veronica, is incredible who is present throughout the dinner.
