my husband has been going to this cleaner for 3 years and was satisfied until they gave him the wrong pants. I even gave them some business. When he went to return them, he was told ""these ARE your pants! We have been doing this for ten years and we have never made a mistake!"" um...ok. but these still aren't my pants. They were rude, unapologetic,and apparantly infallible. After a protracted back and forth, they basically said this was our problem. No offer to replace or repay for the pants, no offer to look for pants. Just insistence that those were HIS PANTS! We returned the wrong pants, and have not received any response.
They even made us come in to watch a blurry video that showed us nothing. They kept repeating that they had never made an error, in ten years-something I find very hard to believe. We reported them and are waiting for resolution, but regardless, they have lost us as customers..
Pros: polite owners...until you cross them!
Cons: break buttons on dress shirts, lost pants
