the owner is ridiculous, rude, horrible. went in with husband and son backpack. employees were super helpful w my husband trying on $220 boots. they didnt fit so we were looking around for more school items for son. owner requested bag from us while we shopped(the bag was one we were going to purchase from store), no big deal. my son who is 2.5 years old was holding a ball they sell for $7. when in childrens secction, i put ball down while trying shoes on my son, left ball there(i never intended on buying a $7 ball for my son that is worth 50 cents) we then went up to pay for bag and beanie for my son. about to spend $80 when the owner asked us to give him the ball. i told him i left it in childrens section, he told us to go get it........and watched my husband the entire time. i immediately said-sir you can go watch him pick up the ball from the case, we are not shoplifting!! he then went on how we shouldnt be taking items from one section and bringing to another and letting my son play with the ball. i told him i could feel his hostility towards us and it was quite rude extremely unprofessional. when he was watching my hubby go get that ball, he was up on his tippy toes as if he was going to see my husband take it out his jacket or something!! i was shocked. we ended up not buying anything~i ordered my sons northface backpack online and also got him a beanie online.
