I am a single female parent and I called Newcomb for a free estimate on replacing my system. I was worried about getting taken advantage of after dealing with other businesses. My salesman was very professional and honest about what did and did not need to be done, guiding me through every step of the process. I was so impressed by his honest demeanor that I had recommended him to another single friend before I scheduled my installation. She was equally impressed and hired him for her installation. I wish we could find honorable salesman like Michael in every line of business! I was equally impressed by the men who installed the unit. They were very pleasant and cleaned up the area so well afterwards you could hardly tell they were there.\r
Thank you for having such honorable people on your staff! It's nice to come across a company with some moral fiber these days!\r
