Review content:
I just signed up for a new membership at the Mall 205 - 24 Hour Fitness. They had a great package deal that included 4 sessions with a Personal Trainer. The Trainer I was assigned had worked with Shaquille ONeil and the fact was prominently displayed in a poster. Of the 4 sessions the Trainer did not show for the 1st and 4th sessions at 5:00 A.M. The first reason he gave was he was ill. The second was he had car problems, and someone was to call me - though he did manage to make it to his 6:00 AM client on time - overall a disappointing experience. Im sure he is a great trainer, and has positive experiences, just not in my case. I guess you have to pay to get a trainer to show up for an appointment. Ask the trainer's record on no shows. Pros: Newer Facility, Plenty of Equipment, Easy Parking Cons: , Smug Staff, Indifferent Attitude
