- old apartments\r

- any fix is done temprarly, just to get you by such as in effecient AC units, which means the damn thing can run for hours to cool the apartment, you pay the electrical bill. As long as it works, they don't care.\r

- they pretend to send notices to remind you of your rent, all of a sudden they stop notices so they charge you rediculous amounts of late payments\r

- late payment notices are purposly late to collect more late payments\r
\r
- new management, not friendly at all\r
\r
- not energy effecient at all!!!! \r
\r
- insect infestation in the summer, they have a full time company in the summer and it's not even working\r
\r
- no baseboards

Cons: old, insect infestation, not good management and practices, too many motorcycles who are very loud
