Review content:
I have never purchased a car using the Internet before, but I was able to complete negotiations over the phone and via e-mail w/Len Luskin. When we arrived at the dealership, Len graciously handed us over to Sunny Davis, his associate for Internet sales. She was EXTREMELY courteous and polite, when we got down to it, the paperwork was EXACTLY what Len and I had negotiated on price. No Questions asked! Sunny took the time w/my wife, showing her the car, explaining all the features, and making the buying experience the LEAST stressful it has EVER been. If the car holds up to the quality of the Internet sales folks, then we should only ever need oil changes!
