I'm puzzled by the reports of stealing because I've been there maybe a dozen times and always had excellent service. Though I never leave valuables in my car ANYWHERE. I haven't been to Gentle Touch in about a year, so I don't know if it has changed hands or something, but in the past, I was always extremely pleased with the work. Everyone was courteous and the work was excellent. I'm curious -- did you guys file charges? I would assume so...
Pros: Offer hand wash, not machine wash.
Cons: On weekends they are very busy and you have to wait
