I recently had a real bad experience with this company. My car broke down during a very bad thunderstorm and I was in need of a prompt tow. Ultimate Towing had advertised themselves as being very prompt and I lived close to their location. However after waiting nearly an hour nobody showed up. I called to find out what was happening and spoke to the owner who ""promptly"" hung up when I complained. Hoping the call just dropped I tried one more time. Same result. Needless to say I'll never do business with them again.
