Businiess name:  Au Bon Pain

Review content:
I visited the au bon pain location at Atlantic Station and was terribly dissatisfied with the service and quality of food. The people working were not only slow to take my order, but the sandwich person who was supposed to make my sandwich did not see that I had ordered a sandwich, so I had to walk over and ask for it after 15 minutes. Then they inform me that they didn?t have what I wanted so I was forced to order a different one. This whole time the manager sat in the corner of the restaurant working on his computer and talking on the phone-not paying attention to what his employees were (or weren't) doing. Finally after 20 minutes I get an alternative sandwich, but this sandwich was not made correctly-it did not have the ingredients the menu said it should have had and it looked like something I would have gotten in a hospital cafeteria. It tasted mediocre at best. This is not what I would expect from a ?gourmet? sandwich shop and needless to say I will not be returning. \r
