Took a new (400 miles) 2008 FJR 1300 motorcycle in for an ignition recall, they kept it a week and Xroads dented the gas tank and one of the exhaust cans and would not take responsibility for it. While they may have had good service in the past things have changed.\r

BEWARE they do not stay behind their work.\r

The owner suggested that I submit a claim to my insurance. I'm no expert but this sounds like insurance fraud. \r

If they are willing to suggest fraud, just think what they may do to you.\r

A money making business that does not understand that customer satisfaction makes money\r
