Review content:
1. Violated multiple areas of business & professional code per CSLB. See below for additional actions taken against this contractor.\r
\r
2. This landscaper conducted contractual violations, labor law violations (illegal workers & unlicensed subs), extensive concrete work was not up to code [slope away from structure, distance from weep screed and isolation joints], lies throughout the job, collected monies for supplies not delivered for months therefter, absent for multiple weeks at a time, refusal to repair problems, ruined existing areas of property that werent part of the job & didn't fix areas damaged or sub par work. Hardscape that was installed, was ruined by her crew. Pilaster stones falling out weekly. Fountain leaks from the bottom in two areas, sprays water outside the bowl, stonework is grouted on one side and dry-stacked on the other (it was all supposed to be dry stacked!) Water leaks out over the water steps also, exposed wiring was left and exposed rebar. Horrid. Stone flatwork on ground is highly inconsistent. Too many other problems to list. \r
\r
3. Job remains unfinished 2+years after the start of the (3month) job.\r
\r
4. Bonding company revoked her bond (too many homeowners filing claims against her). \r
\r
5. 2009: CSLB suspended the license for this contractor. CLSB also referred her case to the State Attorney General for prosecution.\r
\r
6. Suit filed. Result: 2009: A $95k judgment was levied against her. $94,000 of that is needed to demolish and re-do sub par work.
Cons: Bad news top to bottom
