My 4 children have been Dr. Garretts patients a very long time. He is an okay Dr. His wait times are VERY long!!!!!!!!! His nurse, Connie is NOT friendly at all!!!!!!!! She never has been.\r
The great thing about going to see him is his receptionist, Robin. She is AWESOME!!!! Super friendly, great with the kids....she REALLY seems to care about the children and parents. If it were not for her....we would have left a few years ago. Problem is......now for some reason, the last few times we have been there she is not there. I don't know if she has quit or what....but if so....we are GONE! Dr. Watson's staff are AWFUL!!!!!!!!! Extremely rude and hateful.
Pros: Great receptionist!!!! (Robin)
Cons: Dr. Waton and his staff (very rude folks)
