I went in to this beautiful salon thinking I would get the top notch service the other salons in the area offer, but I received service that left me running for theraphy after!\r

I asked for a mani/pedi, and got some woman named Sanda. Not only was she standoffish and cold, she didn't speak a word of english, which made me feel very akward. \r

This ""manicurist"" was speaking on the phone, in Spanish off and on which was very rude to begin with, but then she began cutting me to blood. My nails looked better before, undone, than after this ""manicure"" that I made good money for. \r

The entire athmoshphere of the salon is very cold, they don't offer a tip option on your credit card, and they have no ATM, so if you aren't carring cash, you a screwed. I felt awful not leaving a tip, but after the service I got, I felt like they should have been paying me. \r

Avoid this place like the plague. It may appear nice, but you'll notice it's always empty, and there's a reason for that. I also asked if there was anyone who could do my color, and they had no one available and told me to come back another time, not even asking if I wanted to schedule. Horrible service, horrible management, horrible overall experience. I wouldn't even give it one star.\r
