Had a leaking water heater in a rental unit of mine. They sent a service man out who got wet dry wall over his feet then tracked it all over the house and garage while testing hot water - didn't even make an attempt to clean up. Said he fixed the problem. 12 hours later the water heater started leaking again, only worse, and flooded garage. I then had black mold growing. This repair is supposedly covered by insurance but they want to bill over $400 of ""non covered"" items, but they won't fix the dry wall problem that they contributed to by the shoddy workmanship. I dumped them and went with ""Express Water Heaters"" - very professional, helpful, prompt and great prices - I highly recommend Express Water Heaters and highly advise against Accurate Plumbing.
