First of all, Chuck no longer owns this shop; Travis does. I have used Chuck's for years for tires etc...and always felt very good about recommending them until now. I dropped my van off as I believed I needed a new battery. Travis called and told me my battery was fine but I needed a new alternator and tires (even though my tires had 60% tred left on them he said they were cracking with age). A thousand dollars later, I go to pick up the van with new alternator and tires and he tells me my battery is marginal and will need replacing soon. When I asked why he told me the battery was fine, he said he bought a new tester for the battery the day before. I felt he should have called me to tell me this but he waited until I picked the van up. I can't help but feel I was uploaded to purchase the tires and altenator and I will NEVER go back to this shop!!\r
