I was so pleasantly surprised and relieved to find out how easy it was to get my son released from jail. I was very stressed out when I called. The man I talked with was so very patient with me, even though I had to make him wait while I ran around in a dither searching for my purse, then AGAIN - as I looked for my credit card which wasn't in the purse I had just found! He never sounded annoyed with me, even though I would have been! He patiently waited for me to get my act together and then assured me he understood how stressful this can be.. He was very kind, courteous and professional. I breathed such a HUGE sigh of relief after talking with him....for the first time that day I felt things were under control. And, of course, he followed through just as he said he would. Hopefully I will NEVER have to use a bail bond company again, but, if I do, will most definitely use this one. Thanks so much for being a class act!!! Judi
