I'm a blonde, and I went to Gigi to have my color done. I wanted to be a redhead. She is supposed to be an expert at coloring, and being able to tell you if the color would suit you. She said I would look great. Boy, am I sorry I ever went. After literraly 4 hours I left the hair salon with almost purple pink hair. From blonde to this color was something I could not live with, but I could not stay there another minute. So I went back 2 days later and asked her if she can fix it. She said of course. Now I have half orange half blonde hair. The roots of my hair until the half of my hair length is orange, the rest is my original color which was highlighted blonde. My hair is 3 inches longer than shoulder length. Everyone who sees me is shocked to see what happened to my hair. And I have no idea how to fix this. I have been washing my hair with white vinegar hoping I can get rid of this orange color. I have even tried 'color oops' which is supposed to take the color off, but even that didn't help. So, no matter what you do, do NOT go to this hair salon. IT'S THE WORST.
