This park is horrible! Lots look horrible all around the park. There is supposed to be lot inspections but obviously the park is not doing their job because many lots have trash and whatever else strewn on them. Roofs that look horrible, trailers falling apart. \r \r The park employees don't do their job at all. Never rarely see them working. The roads have potholes all over the place. All you see them doing is smoking and smoking right next to doorways to their offices, which like many people know is a state law in WA state.\r \r All in all this place is a horrible place to buy into. But why buy in to it and pay $5000 + for a lot when you can just be a guest of someone and use the park whenever you would like. Pros: THERE ARE NONE! Cons: BOD, EMPLOYEES, THE WHOLE PARK
