Review content:
So I am a vegetarian. I still love a satisfying meal as much as the meat and potato man! Tonight I was totally dissappointed! I had been to Melito's a few years ago and had a similar experience and vowed not to return. For a vegetarian, I felt that the choices were few. That is fine, it is not a place to go for people who don't eat meat-we go other places. My family received a gift certificate for Christmas this year so we went-four of us. Everyone else enjoyed their meals, by-the-way-but they are not vegetarians. I don't know, but it appears that the menu has more vegetarian offerings now. I was pleased to see this. I choose the vegetarian sub with fries. How can they screw up a vegetarian sub, I thought; figuring I was safe with this choice. I was wrong! Basically what I had for dinner tonight was fries and a sub roll for $7,8,or 9-I forget the price but it was too much for generic resturant fries and a fat slice of bread. if an establishment is going to create a sandwich, for goodness sake make one for yourself sometime and tell me if you like it. I seems like you took some burger toppings- which were diced small and fell off the sandwich- and threw a thin slice of cheese on it and decided that smear of vegetable matter would constitute a wonderful sandwich. I understand that the cooks or management may not want to eat the sandwich themselves, maybe you are all eat meaters. I can tell that no red-blooded vegetarian wants it either. I feel it must be a disgrace to your establishment as other people seem pleased with your food. Don't drop the choice from the menu, just create a REAL sandwich!
