Review content:
I was scheduled to take a test today at 12:30. Since I live four hours away, I began my trip to Roanoke to the Prometric Testing site at 5:50a.m. This was early, because of the snow and bad roads this morning. My husband drove me on the day of the test, due to the severe weather in my area. We drove in 6-8 inches of snow covered roads for most of the way. About an hour before we arrived in Roanoke, the roads were clear and the sun was shining. When I arrived at the test site, I was told that I was not able to take the exam due to weather. The sun was shining there, so I did not understand what the problem was. The gentleman was very rude, obnoxious, and lied to his district manager. When I called the prometric hotline, I filed a complaint on this gentleman and he had informed her that there were four no shows for the test. Actually, I was the fifth person he turned away for the exam. I would never attend this test site again, and I would caution anyone who is considering traveling to this site. My advice for anyone would be to choose another test site, regardless of the drive. I have scheduled my exam for another test site, due to the treatment I received for this visit.
