I was so excited to be out of Student Housing and into a real apartment!!! But I chose the wrong one. I don't know if the apartment I was in was a dud or if it reflected the condition of the whole complex. The airconditioning in no way kept the apartment cool. The temperature control on the shower was incosistent: Some days the hot would be to the left, others the right, and it would rarely reach full pressure. I complained numerous times to maintainance for numerous problems in the apartment. While the maintainance crew would show up, they would accomplish little and I was still left in a shoddy apartment. I would recommend looking at the apartment during a hot day to test the AC, run the showers and taps to see if they work properly. Actually, just go to a different apartment complex....
Pros: Location.
Cons: Problems with AC. Problems with water. Pool not open for very long.
