I am extremely satisfied with the work Dr. Mika Miyamoto-Shemali did on my teeth. I moved to Portland about one year ago from the Bay area. I came to her office for the first time in pain and discomfort. A San Francisco dentist, a reputable one, had removed my original crowns in a very painful manner and placed temporary crowns incorrectly, leaving me in a lot of pain. Fortunately, I found Dr. Miyamoto-Shemali. She masterfully and painlessly, removed the incorrectly placed temporaries by the former dentist, placed new temporaries, correcting the bite and fitting of the temporary crowns. The pressure and pain in my gums and teeth were immediately gone. I was able to go to lunch after the procedure with my wife and enjoy eating without pain for the first time in months. My wife and I are so happy with Dr. Miyamoto-Shemali’s work that we have referred all of our friends and family members to her. The office is beautiful, relaxing, and super clean. The staff are professional and accommodating. My permanent crowns which Dr. Miyamoto-Shemali placed look great and are comfortable. My gums have healed. We highly recommend this SUPER DENTIST to every one. We also saved lots of money by not having gotten implants unnecessarily as was recommend by the former dentist.
