Review content:
I am giving one star because of the helpful employees I have encountered while shopping, but I would give zero stars for many others. They are of absolutely no help and verge on insulting if you dare to require any kind of help. My complaints are with the millwork, the paint, and the building materials departments. These people are the people in charge of those departments, not the less experienced part time people, as one would expect. Since we have so few options in this area, I will probably have to do business with them again, but after an additional ridiculous situation with Menard's online, I am going to Fleet or travel to Home Depot or Lowe's.
