I was not impressed with this place. I ordered the Super Combo to try the Ribs, Brisket, and the Sausage. The ribs were ok but a bit too fatty. The brisket was fine. The sausage was inedible. I wouldn't even call it meat. I gave a bite to a coworker (someone who loves to eat) and he had to sp*t it out; could even swallow one bite. It had a terrible taste and texture. I called and asked if maybe I got some bad meat or something. They told me it's German-Chech. sausage and thats just how it is (said it has some flour in it). They told me to ask for the ""hot"" sausage which is ""all meat"". It would have been nice to know that I had a choice in the first place. The man, maybe owner, at the cash register wasn't very personable either.
