WHEN I BOUGHT MY HOUSE - I HAD TO MOVE IN THE SAME DAY AS THE CLOSING. THE OLD OWNER TOOK HIS TIME GETTING OUT - BUT THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO. THEN THE CARPET CLEANER DIDN'T SHOW. IT WAS A BIG WELL KNOWN COMPANY. I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT THAT THEY COULDN'T SHOW. ALSO THEY COULDN'T SPARE ANY OTHER OF THEIR TRUCKS. SO THE FORMER OWNER GAVE ME A GIFT CERTIFICATE FROM HIS REAL ESTATE AGENT THAT HE DIDN'T USE. I CALLED AND FRANK SAID HE COULD TACK MY JOB ON THE END OF THE DAY. I FIGURED WE WOULD JUST PILE THINGS IN THE 3 CAR GARAGE AND MOVE IN THE NEXT DAY. I HAD NUMEROUS PET STAINS FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER WHO HAD TO LITTLE DOGS. AS IT TURNED OUT - THEY GOT THERE A LOT SOONER BY PUTTING OFF SOME EMPTY HOMES TILL AFTER MINE. I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EYES WHEN THEY WERE DONE. NO PET STAINS AND THE CARPET LOOKED NEAR NEW. THEY LEFT FANS AND I MOVED THEM EVERY HOUR FOR 3 HOURS. IT WAS DRY BY THE AFTERNOON AND I MOVED IN. THEY MADE A FOLLOW-UP CALL THE NEXT DAY TO ASK ABOUT THE JOB, AND IF I WOULD LIKE TO BE ON THEIR MAILING LIST. OH YEAH.
