Review content:
The management complany changed last year. Now things are horrible. Repairs are started but never finished. My neighbors were complaining that the mainainance men woudl go up on the roof thru the latch on the upper level. They'd leave it open and sometimes it would rain inside the building! Not to mention they left garbage and food behind on the floor. This is the type of people they employ (then blame theses very same employees when things go wrong). The management company would not take responsibilty and those neighbors left. The company always has an excuse. It never their fault that the roof was left open about ten times, or that the walls have been half painted for abotu 6 moths now without progress, there is paint all over the stairwell carpet, people getting their cars urinated on, and making tenants pay for modifications made by the prior company. The list goes on.....\r

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else if you can. The price is no longer worth it here. No quality here at all. Last time I drove by I saw for rent signs. They must be getting desparate. My other neighbors are following suit and will be leaving asap. Good luck :(
