That Convo was as annoying to type as it was hearing what they were saying to me. I think I spoke to that REbecca Girl RUDE RUDE RUDE\r

You call them to make an appt. and they ask you WHATS WRONG with you, you give them a brief answer (headaches, sinuses, flu symptoms, etc.) and they KEEP asking you questions, rudely, and then they tell you that you CAN make an appointment but if you DONT keep you appointment they will charge you $40... WTF to be honest, what difference does it make? I just want to make an appointment \r

JUST FOR THE RECORD, I am a new patient there, and NEVER missed an appointment...I will not go back there\r

I think that is EXTREMELY inappropriate when you call them and you have to hear an earful about keeping appointments with them.
