Review content:
Germantown Collierville chiropractor was not effective at all! And there were some highly questionable practices at the office. Why did they need my insurance information TO FILE when I was paying everything for myself. What do you say when word comes back that they were filing on your insurance, too?!? Why? I have spoken to others who were aware of similar situations happening there. And now, we come to find out that the Medicare system is not paying his office either. Why? Is it due to bad chiropractic service, or is there an investigation going on into bad business practices and payments have been suspended in lieu of judgment? I've also spoken to others involved with this business who are VERY unhappy with the Dr. Frost's character and performance. AVOID!
