For all you ""OLD timers"", And I do mean OLDDDDDD. Remember the ""kid"" as you entered on the west side in 1962??Guess what? THAT be me, and I gotta tell ya, the ""pan"" was a great place to learn about life! Joe Kelly was the boss, and C.P. collens was the day time chief ,OK he was the flipper of the meat LOL LOL. Grover Thomas Was the other ""chief"" He was always know as BUCK! The food was the finest then, and it still is. Just a few bucks more!!! Back then, the average guest check was under $1.00, and if I got a quarter, I was a happy guy. Lets all hope that places like the ""pan"" will always be around. It taught this old man, how to be a good man..... Have a great Life Dennis Richards La Quinta Calif
