Review content:
This morning was my last visit to the Hominy Grill. While the food was edible, Ive been much happier with breakfast at a Waffle House. Two slices of bacon, $2.95, nothing special, dry and barely warm. The two egg breakfast with grits. Grits tasted like instant grits, were running on the plate, and only about ? cup. Toast was stuck in the grits. Even more disappointing was the fact that a restaurant with their reputation did not address my complaint. I brought it to the waitresss attention as well as the hostess. Neither one felt it important enough to address my dissatisfaction with the breakfast. I realize that when you have customers waiting in line on a regular basis that they may not care if one customer is unhappy. If that is the case, then shame on them. There are too many other good restaurants in the Charleston areas.
