Refunds are very slow. I was promised a very large refund w/i 3 to 5 business days. It is now 10 days and counting. My shipping and insurance costs on one item amounted to over $1,000.00; $858.00 out to me and $200.00 back to them. Even though they receive Huge discounts from FedEx they are refusing to refund any of the returned item's s/h costs. Watch Out for the S/H if you buy a high cost item from these people. Remember these ""Hosts"" are commissioned Salespeople not jewelry experts, I may have learned an expensive lesson. I have hired an attorney.
