My parents kicked me out and I needed to rent a truck. These guys rented me a used pick up for 80 dollars. I don't know why people assume under age is free. I'm 19 and I knew. The charge was 25 at Budget only to find out when I got there i had to be 21. OMG! I was freaking out until the lady told me about Phoenix Rent a Car. She even called for me. I felt so relieved. If I need a car I know where to go. The price was even cheaper too. They were charging a hundred per day at Budget plus underage and tax. I mean it was new but I just needed to move my stuff nothing fancy.
