Review content:
This Jiffy Lube could have caused me and my children serious harm. They installed an oil filter for a Ford Taurus in my Chrysler Town & Country. I didn't find out about the error until I went today to a different oil change place and they informed me of this terrible error, stating that we could have been seriously harmed had the filter popped out of place. I am very upset and my husband is very angry. I hope Jiffy Lube headquarters reads my email and goes and retrains the blackwood Jiffy Lube employees, because they obviously don't know what they are doing.
