Review content:
I've been to several of their restaurants (I lost track of how many they have). Their food is always good and they give you lots of it. I always have enough for another meal. My favorite is the steak, I believe they use skirt steaks. They can be a little chewy, but they taste great. They are marinated in a sauce that has a lot of flavor. Most of the time, the steaks are so big they hang over the edge of the huge plate they give you. Their chicken is wonderful too. They have several tasty sauces to put on the chicken. They also have a several chopped onion relishes you can choose from: plain, garlic, jalapeno, spicy, etc. The restaurant also offers family portion meals. My only complaint is that they have so many other wonderful dishes on their menu. I will assume they are Peruvian dishes. Most Americans don't know what they are and there is no explanation. It would be helpful to have a menu that told what the dishes are.
