I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. I took my SUV here because they were a USAA listed body shop. BIG MISTAKE!!! They did not fix my frame, my doors, it was a bad paint job, etc.etc. What is worse is that the body shop cut holes in my leather seats and denied it.... I had to get corporate USAA to back me and my car had to go to a completely different body shop... When my car was rear ended I had only owned it for 5 weeks....It was in the shop with Regency for 4 weeks and the other body shop for 4 months.... It took the other body shop over 4 months to correct the damages that Regency caused....And the owner of Regency lied about cutting my leather seats and later had to conceed that he lied and he had to replace my leather seats.... Still to this day my car is not right because of the accident and because of Regency....... I do not feel that my car is safe to drive my children in because of the shotty work that was done at this body shop.... From what I understand they are currently under investigation from USAA and I hope they are pulled from every insuance companies list.
Cons: Worst Repair Ever...Left car in an unsafe condition
