Businiess name:  The Spa at Charleston

Review content:
I received a package gift certificate for this spa as a Christmas present. What a huge disappointment and waste of time and money. The certificate offers a ""complimentary beverage"" which is tap water; not even a bottle of water. I went for a 30 minute facial, eye treatment, and eye brow shaping which turned out to be nothing more than a brief washing of my face (which did not even remove the very small amount of makeup I was wearing), steam on my face, and a hot wash cloth over my eyes all of which took about 15 minutes. This was incredibly disappointing. The gift certificate looks like such a great deal but ends up being nothing more than a bait and switch to get you in for services that are sub-par. 20% gratuity is expected and they want to sell you a bunch of products...that they didn't even use on you. I was asked to pay $3 for a SAMPLE of cream...WHAT!?!?
