Review content:
I booked a spa day the day before my best friend's wedding and was pleasantly surprised to hear that the owner was going to have to whole place reserved just for the 15 us. Well.. that turned south when she was short staffed and rushed us through our mani/pedi's. I paid $48 for a 15 min pedicure that amounted to her painting my toenails. I got a 10 second leg massage, a few minutes in the jets, no foot scrub, no top coat, paint all over my skin, and i couldn't even use the pale color i wanted because she wouldn't take the time to remove my old polish well enough. it was the worst pedicure ever. she was also very rude to the bride's sister in law when there was some confusion over whether or not the massage therapist was giving out complimentary chair massages due to the lengthy wait we had because they were short staffed. she completely ignored her when she was just trying to clarify what the agreement was. i had to take her aside and point out how rude she was being and what poor customer service this was. she never once apologized for being short staffed- her answer was that she got us all done in 3 hours- i just had to laugh because the whole point in paying that much for a pedicure or manicure is to enjoy it and relax, not to get rushed through it!!! i will NEVER go back here and if you want to get your money's worth i recommend you go elsewhere.
