have been to the adobe rose cafe and it is the best you will find closest to New Mexico.
The sauces are great and taste like they are made fresh everyday. The puff bread is wonderful and when ever I have been there I do not pay for them. The waiter handles the room very well even on Halloween when very busy. The natilla is very good for dessert and the torte also, made fresh and from scratch.
We will be back again soon!
