Businiess name:  Adobe Rose Cafe

Review content:
After many visits to New Mexico and craving the cuisine, we tried Adobe Rose hoping for the best. My husband's green chile burrito was authentic, but my Tex-Mex plate was not. The spicy red chile sauce should be avoided and you should stick with green chile for better flavor. I had read someone's earlier comment about microwaved food and, alas, could hear the 'ding!' of the microwave go off right before we were served our food. The salsa was flavorless and the chips were straight out of a bag. I couldn't wait to try the sopapillas! Unlike in New Mexico, where this is a standard part of the end of the meal, I had to ask for an order and then was charged for them (also unlike in New Mexico)! Novices may find this cafe appealing, but not for New Mexican veterans. Pros: green chile sauce, sopapillas Cons: red chile sauce, microwaved food, asking/paying 4 sopas
