Good afternoon and thank you for being so helpful and thoughtful both Wednesday and yesterday morning. I am writing this e-mail to you and both Mr. Haines and Mr. Krieger so they know what a kind and consoling person that you are. Cheyenne by far you have a position with your company that not too many people can do. From the moment I walked through the door and until you, Cheyenne escorted me to meet with Matt Foster you made me feel comfortable answered my questions and dealt with my mistakes. I was upset and nervous and felt very comfortable with you assisting me.
