I've been to this cleaners before and had some so-so experiences. I've also known they were over priced by any standard. However I just purchased three expensive linen shirts and felt they needed extra care. I had them clean one shirt then picked it up. She told me it would be $21.00. I went nuts. $21.00 to clean a shirt? I asked how much to clean a suit and she told me $23.00. $2.00 more! I caused such a scene she ultimately gave me 30% off which was still holding me up. These people are gonifs and I am done.
