Review content:
Project took exactly 3 months from the date of signed contract to final inspection. Lots of phone calls back and forth and several trips from service personnel to complete project. We used shower for a week and then glass company had to come back out to re caulk glass, there seems to be a problem with that particular caulk. There seemed to be a lack of communication between Re-Bath service department and client. Had to leave messages each time I called and it would take 24-48 hours for return call.

Thanks for taking the time to review our company. We value our customer's input.
I reviewed the details of your job to see where a problem may have occured. You signed the agreement on August 20th, 2012. We started your job on October 24th, 2012 (9 weeks), which was within our promise date. Because your job required a custom shower base, measurements for a custom shower door had to be taken after the installation was completed. The custom door can take up to 14 days to measure, fabricate, and install as noted in our agreement. We did install your door in less than 14 days.
We know that installing a job in a timely fashion is very important to our customers and we are continually working on decreasing the time from start to finish, but custom made products always take longer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to control the timing of inspections. We are at the mercy of the building inspections department.
We are looking into the caulking issue and will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
We apologize if you feel our communication with you was lacking. I am looking into our policies and procedures to make sure our customers get the best possible customer care.
