Bought a gilt coupon for cleaning service. Making the appointment online was quick and convenient, everything else was just that. The first appointment I had, they called twice asking if they could come early. I had to rush to get out of the house even though I had made an appointment time for a reason. The house was cleaned by someone who was ""training"". I swear the floors were not swept or washed. Stove and microwave were not cleaned, dust bunnies everywhere, cobwebs etc. I called and complained and received a second cleaning today for free. When the ""manager"" and a second woman showed up, he told me to tell me my needs and what I was not satisfied with. I told him the floors were not cleaned, the couch cushions were not removed or vaccumed, he said they would absolutely do both. Just came home to a house basically in the same condition as when I left it. I do have a camera in my living room set up, and did check in on them a few times. I saw the manager sitting on my couch once and the other times, he was walking around looking at his cellphone. Lots of talking between the two cleaners and barely any cleaning. NEVER AGAIN. I bought a coupon for cleaning because I am not a good cleaner....if cleaning is your specialty/job be good at it!
