Ultimate Cleaning is expensive, but they really do stand behind their cleanings 100%. Their customer service is top notch! I will definitely be using this service again!!! \r

I hired Ultimate Cleaning to clean my home before my Halloween Party. I spent time on the phone giving detailed instructions about my priorities as far as what I wanted cleaned. The main reason for the cleaning was that I wanted my kitchen to sparkle. I also stressed that I wanted the floors and baseboards thoroughly cleaned. I told Debra that I would not have a problem if the cleaner spent all of the 2.5 hours in the kitchen. Debra was great and took down all of the information and scheduled the cleaning\r

They arrived 5 minutes early. I briefly went over what I wanted done, explaining my priorities and they got started right away. I was so impressed with this cleaner!!! He worked quickly and thoroughly and got more done in 2 hours than the other teams have done in 3.5!!! He was pleasant and there was no chaos. He listened to what I wanted and boy did he deliver!!! The house smelled and looked great!!! Wow!!!\r

I then called Debra to report that I was very satisfied with the job. I also complimented Debra on the excellent customer service that she had given me. I thanked her and told her that I was just absolutely impressed with Ultimate Cleaning \r
