AMERICAN MARINE MOTOR SPORTS - SHAWANO - This was a horrible experience. These people sold a way overpriced boat to a member of my family because those members of my family were elders and way too trusting. So they decided to take advantage of them. The wiring was... all cobbled, the boat was beat up, carpeting was worn out... among many other things. The first time they took it out on the lake, they got it out to the middle of the lake, then the motor wouldn't start back up. They used the troll motor to get all the way back to the dock. Then it started to sink. No, I am not joking. It was at the dock, and had a couple feet of water inside the boat when they returned four hours later. Anyway, when we brought this boat back, we asked for a different boat. You guessed it, they said no, you're stuck with that one. They wouldn't give them their money back either, nor even say they were sorry for the situation. The salesmen were very unprofessional, not very nice, and didn't seam to know what they were doing. I actually couldn't believe I was talking to a salesman when I was there, they were so unprofessional and so rude, ESPECIALLY RICK. Rick just decided he heard enough of us and walked away as we were talking to him. It sucks to think there are businesses out there that take advantage of vulnerable older people. And to think, they have a huge sign over their door that says ""Customer Service Guaranteed"", obviously that is NOT the case!! Don't give these people your business or let any friends or family give them their business... it will be a big mistake.
