Review content:
A couple years ago I took my synth to these guys for a minor repair. I told them I needed it back for a gig soon and I wouldn't leave it if they thought it would take long. They assured me the repair would be done that afternoon. I called the next day and it wasn't done. They were waiting on a part. I called a few days later, still not done, no part. I told them I would come in and pick up the synth and just bring it back some other time. I came in a few hours later and my synth was waiting for me at the counter. I opened the road case to look at it and noticed it was partly disassembled and missing several screws. I asked for the screws back. The guy who was working dug around in some bins and grabbed a few mismatched screws. I told him they weren't the right ones. He shrugged his shoulders and started helping other customers. I left in anger with my synth. Later I discovered some of the internal cables were unplugged. I plugged it back in and got it working but to this day it's still missing the original factory screws in the outer shell. It still ticks me off anytime I look at the back of my synth. Avoid this place like the plague.
Pros: Some cool vintage gear on display
Cons: Bad customer service
